We are looking for nurses for overnight care for our 16 month old toddler. We need someone who is caring, honest, reliable with an ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changes. He is a very sweet boy and as rare as his condition. He sleeps on a ventilator and requires occasional suctioning, although these seem scary, we his parents learnt them with no previous experience.
